Pizzeria Costa Verde in Gerolstein

The best pizza in the world and the friendliest service! Highly recommended

We ordered two pizzas and were very disappointed. The dough is very firm and has been baked in a mold. Unfortunately, the topping cannot make up for this (olives including seeds on a pizza, how impractical is that?). All in all, it has nothing to do with an Italian pizza for me. I would strongly recommend working on the dough, then you can charge such a price (even for a relatively small pizza). The service staff was very nice, so two stars.

Ideal place to eat and drink. Comfortably furnished, front we had a great view of the street. A nice waiter served us very attentively and quickly. Schnitzel and salad were cheap and good.

The pizzas are very generously topped and quite greasy, and were therefore heavy in the stomach. Ambience is ok.

I have rarely seen such a well organized restaurant, also cheap and friendly. Will come again

Spontaneous dinner there with friends yesterday. It was a super nice evening with delicious food and very friendly staff. We felt very comfortable.

We had no reservation and still got a table for two on a Friday evening. Ordered the Pizza Caprese and Pizza ala Chef and they were both delicious. Prices are reasonable. There's free WiFi for guests although you have to sign up with your email and the process is a bit annoying. Payment with card including contactless is accepted. We noticed that the toilets are a bit claustrophobic, but super clean.

The pizza and drinks were very good. The service was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, as usual in Corona times, we were on the terrace in front of the house and not in the interior.

Very cozy atmosphere in the restaurant and outside. Pasta, meat dishes & pizzas are very tasty, very friendly service. You almost feel at home here.

Great service, delicious salads and starters, the small pizza was very small and the big one couldn't really convince us either. But that's probably a matter of taste. In any case, it is conveniently located if you have hiked the rock path.

Friendly staff, pizza was good but waaaaay to small. We had to go to mcdo afterwards as we were still hungry. (And we’re not even Americans 😉)

If Gerolstein, then also Costa Verde. A must for a short trip to the youth hostel for over ten years. Do you want pizzeria "plus" with a large menu, generous pizzas, friendliest staff with the right amount of joke and a personal approach? You are right here. Tip: The aperitif is not available at a competitive price, but worth every penny ...

I was able to sit outside very well, was served really friendly and the pizza was really good and plentiful, I was also well fed. The table decoration is in contrast to other pizzerias very tasteful, I noticed immediately positively. I like to go back there!

Very friendly staff and blazingly fast service. Pizza was mighty but not too large. It was quite hot inside whilst the temperature outside was perfect. Edit: I became ill from a bad mussel (marinara pizza).

Real Italian pizzeria.

Food was nice, BUT let's say the dishes were adapted to German public (spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino was served with paprika, but it tasted good and was al dente and nicely spiced!). Prices are decent (6 adults ate pasta, 4 children are small pizzas, beer, wine, juices, 4 ices and coffee= 130€). The table service: They were VERY kind and friendly, but they were VERY slow.
